Woman, 34, made girl, 13, walk naked down a road and twisted her breasts after she ‘misbehaved’
The 34-year-old was arrested and charged with child abuse and admits to hitting the teen victim
A WOMAN forced a 13-year-old girl to walk naked down a road and twisted her breasts for misbehaving, police said.
Rosalie Contreras, 34, was reportedly angry at the girl and forced her to strip nude and walk home from a residential road as punishment while she drove.

Contreras, of Dade City, Florida, told the victim to get back in the car when another vehicle approached and then hit her.
She slapped the victim in the face, punched her in the back multiple times and twisted her breasts so hard it left marks, BayNews9 reports.
Police received a call about child abuse and when speaking with the victim she showed a deputy her injuries.
The teen had visible bruising on her breasts and two small red marks on her back, police said.

The relationship between Contreras and the victim is not known.
The police report says in an interview with the woman she admitted she took the teen to the quiet, residential road because “someone who deputies have not named” would not let her “spank the victim”.

She admits to hitting and injuring the girl.
The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged Contreras with child abuse on Friday.
Her bond was set at £15,576 ($20,000) and she was released on Saturday on bail, according to booking records.
